Shall the Board of Trustees of Oneida School District No. 351, Oneida County Idaho, be authorized and empowered to levy a supplemental levy, as permitted by law, in Section 33-802(3) Idaho Code the amount of $290,000.00 (Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars) eash year for two years for a total of $580,000.00 (Five Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars) for teh purpose of paying all lawfull expenses of Maintaining and operating the schools of the district for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2024?
