Shall the Board of Trustees of Challis Joint School District No.181, Custer and Lemhi Counties, Idaho, be authorized and empowered to assess a School Plant Facilities Reserve Fund Levy, as permitted by law in Sections 33-802(1) and 33-901, Idaho Code, in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) per year for five years, for a total of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00), for the purpose of allowing the District to remodel or repair any existing building; to furnish and equip any building or buildings, including all lighting, heating, ventilation and sanitation facilities and appliances necessary to maintain and operate buildings of the District; to correct safety issues in the buildings and for grounds improvement and maintenance, for the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2025, through to and including the fiscal year ending on ending June 30, 2030? To pass, fifty-five percent (55%) of the qualified electors voting in the election must vote in favor of the Levy.
