Shall the Board of Trustees of Teton County School District No. 401, State of Idaho, be authorized and empowered to levy a supplemental tax upon the taxable property within said District in the amount of $3,100,000 annually for two (2) years, commencing with the tax year 2017 and ending with the tax year 2018, for the purpose of funding the operation and maintenance of the District's schools?
