Shall the Board of Trustees of School District No. 232 (Wendell), Gooding County, State of Idaho, be authorized and empowered, upon the affirmative vote of 2/3 (Two-Thirds) of the electors of the District voting in such election, to levy a School Plant Facilities Reserve Fund Levy in the amount of up to $250,000.00 (Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars), for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015 and continuing each year in the amount of up to $250,000 (Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars) for ten (10) years for the purposes of (i) repairing and maintaining buildings and facilities in the District, and (ii) furnishing and equipping buildings and facilities, including all lighting, heating, transportation, and ventillation and sanitation facilities and appliances necessary to maintain and operate said buildings and facilities?
