Shall the Bioard of Trustees of School District No. 232 (Wendell), Gooding County, State of Idaho, be authorized to issue general obligation bonds of said District, in one or more series, in the total principal amount of up to $1,500,000 (One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars) for the purpose of financing:
A. the repair and renovation of the HVAC system at Wendell High School Gymnasium;

B. the repair and renovation of the roofs of the Wendell High School and the Wendell High School Gymnasium;

C. the construction and repair of parking facilities at the Wendell High School Gymnasium; and

D. in the event proceeds of the proposed bonds remain after payment of the costs of the improvements in A through C above, maintaining and renovating existing schools and school facilities in the District, acquiring related equipment, and making safeety and security improvements within the District, (such expenditures being herein referred to collectively as the Project), such series of bonds to become due in such installments as may be fixed by the Board, the final installment of each series to fall due not later than twenty (20) years from the date of issuance of the series of bonds, all as provided in the Bond Election Resolution adopted by the Board on September 4, 2014?
