Shall they Board of Trustees of Council School District No. 13, Adams County, Idaho, be authorized and empowered to levy a supplemental levy, as permitted by law in Section 33-802(3), Idaho Code, eighty-five thousand ($85,000) each year for two years for a total of one hundred seventy thousand dollars ($170,000) for the purpose of paying all lawful expenses of maintaining and operating the schools of the district for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2020, as provided in the resolution of the Council School District No. 13 Board of Trustees adopted on January 8, 2018?
