Shall the Board of Trustees of School District No. 422 be authorized, puruant to Section 33-804, Idaho Code, to certify to the Board of Commissioners of Valley County, Idaho a school plant facilities reserve fund levy, in addition to all other levies, in the amount of $240,000.00 for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2018, and continuing each year in the amount of $240,000.00 for a total of ten (10) years for the purpose of financing the costs of a track/football/soccer/multi-purpose athletic facility/complex; all as provided in the resolution adopted by the Board of Trustees on March 14, 2018?
