Shall the City Council of the City of Menan, Jefferson County, Idaho, be authorized to continue to levy an override tax on taxable property within the city in the annual amount of forty thousand dollars ($40,000.00) for two years for the purpose of acquiring, purchasing, constructing, replacing, repairing, and maintaining city streets, and any necessary equipment and related personnel costs?"
