Shall the City of Lava Hot Springs Non-Property Tax Ordinance be amended to increase Sales Tax on Retail Sales, from 2% to 4%, with the following categories of retail sales continuing to be exempt from this tax: groceries, building building materials, purchase agreements or leases with option to purchase motor vehicles, and automotive parts as defined in Section 3-2-2 of Lava Hot Springs Code.
