Shall the Board of Commissioners of the Spirit Lake Fire Protection District ("District"), through a permanent override tax levy election to be held on November 5, 2024, pursuant to Idaho Code §63-802(1)(h) be authorized and empowered to permanently increase its property tax budget and levy beyond the amount provided for under Idaho Code §63-802(1)(a) in the amount of four hundred and seventy seven thousand and no/100 dollars ($477,000.00) commencing October 1, 2025, and which shall thereafter be permanently added to the base budget for the purposes of Idaho Code §63-802?
