Shall the Board of Fire Protection District Commissioners of the Middleton Rural Fire District be authoriezed, pursuant to Section 63-802(1) and (3), Idaho Code, to certify to the Board of Commissioners of Canyon and Gem counties, Idaho, a temporary increase of $670,599 in the property tax portion of the budget of the District beginnig with the fiscal year which commences on January 1, 2015, and continuing for two years thereafter as provided in the resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners on August 11, 2014.
