Shall the Board of Trustees of School District No. 433, Washington County, Idaho be authorized and empowered to levy a School Plant Facilities Reserve Fund Levy Election in the amount of $233,750.00, (Two Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars), for the first (1st) fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015 and continuing each year in the amount of $233,750.00, (Two Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars), for a total of four (4) years for the purpose of allowing the District to acquire, purchase or improve school site or sites; to accumulate funds for and to build a school house or school houses or other building or buildings; to furnish and equip any buildings or buildings, including all lighting, heating, ventilation, and sanitation facilities and appliances necessary to maintain and operate buildings of the District; for lease and lease purchase agreements for any of the above purposes and to repay loans from commercial lending institutions extended to pay for the construction of school plant facilities; and for any other lawful purpose; and that fifty-five percent (55%) of votes in favor is required to approve the proposed dollar amount to be collected; and that the levy amount may be reduced by action of the Board of Trustees if other funding is secured, all as provided in the resolutions of the Board of Trustees adopted on September 2, 3014.
