Shall the Westside Fire Protection District be authorized to increase its budget from property tax beyond the 3 percent authorized by Idaho Statute 63-802, by an additional one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) per year, for the purpose of providing minimal staffing by hiring three firefighters and provide for the purchase of required firefighter safety equipment?
