Shall Greenferry Water and Sewer District issue and sell its water revenue bonds to pay part of the costs of acquisition, construction, and installation of certain improvements, additions, and betterments to the water system of the District in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $1,800,000? The bonds shall mature over a period of not to exceed forty (40) years, and shall be payable solely from the revenues of the water system, all as more fully provided in Resolution No. 2018-01, adopted on March 12, 2018.
