Shall the Board of Commissioners of the Northern Lakes Fire Protection District be authorized pursuant to Section 63-802(1)(h), Idaho Code, to certify to the Board of Commissioners of Kootenai County a permanent tax levy override of $1,200,000 in the property tax portion of the budget of the District beginning with the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2018, and continuing for each fiscal year thereafter for the purpose of hiring additional firefighter/EMTs as provided by the resolution adopted by the Board of Fire Commissioners on February 22, 2018?
